With unparalleled organization and management skills, Melissa Sze is a proud Buffalo native who was raised in Amherst, NY and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University at Buffalo and a Project Management Professional (PMP). Spending over a decade in the biomedical and computer sciences industry, Melissa’s attention to detail with a focus on project clarity and datelines comes as an immense asset in ensuring that properties managed by SFF Estates are not just up to market standards, but SFF Estates standards. With experience in developing enterprise systems, Melissa is determined to combine technology and real estate into a seamless and unintrusive ecosystem that will complement the energetic revitalization of communities.
Garrett Wilson, Managing Partner
A licensed real estate agent and professional photographer, Garrett Wilson is a WNY native that has nested in Buffalo since 2012. Garrett's appreciation for quality relationships and living has led him to professional real estate photography, capturing the beauty of Buffalo and its neighbors. Garrett understands the continuous need to work towards creating strong communities and the support of local businesses, thus he has fostered decade young relationships with local contractors and construction companies while seeking opportunities for young businesses to collaborate. With his Business Administration and Finance background, Garrett strives for sustainable living and enriching our homes.

Christopher Sze, Managing Partner
A Buffalo native, Christopher Sze understands the continuous need to work towards creating safer communities, neighborhood revitalizations, and the support of local businesses. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography and International Trade from the University at Buffalo, Christopher is passionate about not bringing Buffalo to it’s former glory, but rather, to a fresh and contemporary elevated status that can rival the likes of major cities like New York or Toronto, without sacrificing the welcoming and vibrant energy that makes Buffalo unique. With experience working in corporate client relations and assisting local businesses with digital marketing campaigns, Christopher knows how to connect local heart-beating people in order to achieve their personal and financial goals.
